Where can I buy Action products?
Action products are sold by a range of retailers both in stores and online across Australia. Different stores stock different products from our range, your local retailer or their online site can confirm what products they sell. A list of our major stockists is available on this website. Where are Action products made?
All the Action Sports products are currently manufactured in multiple locations, including China, India and Pakistan. Action Sports is a 100% Australian owned and operated company.
What is the warranty on my Action product?
Different products come with different warranty conditions, and the warranty may vary depending on the individual product part or model range. A very brief outline is below:
- Rectangular – 2 years on frame & jumping mat, 6 months on safety padding and 6 months on springs
- Round – 2 years on frame & jumping mat, 6 months on safety padding, 6 months on springs and 6 months on enclosure net (where applicable)
- Swing Sets: 12 months
- Pool tables, air hockey tables, soccer tables and table tennis tables: 12 months
- Fitness Equipment: these products all have different warranties.

What does the warranty cover?
Action warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty does not extend to any damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or repairs not provided by an Action authorized service centre or for products used for commercial or rental purposes. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear, tear and weathering, failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance or acts of God (such as damage caused by wind, lightning, snow or ice).
All Action Sports products are designed and intended for domestic use, and are not recommended for or covered for commercial application.
Action is not responsible for the cost of removal or installation of warranty return products.
I want to order parts for my trampoline or play equipment, how do I know what model I have?
Action trampolines and play equipment have an identification label on the main frame. This label can help identify the correct product code and size. The model number is also shown on the product manual, which should be retained to help identify both the product and parts.
I need some assistance with assembly or how it works, is there help available?
Action have a designated Australian based national service centre who can assist with both assembly, product usage and other product queries. Contact 1800 465 070 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
How much space do I need for an Action Outdoor product?
Larger play equipment items like trampolines and swing sets can take up a large area. A safe and clear area, normally recommended at around 2 metres, is essential around all sides of the play equipment. How do I measure the size of the spring used on my trampoline?
You will need to measure the entire length of the spring, including the coil and hook at either end.
How do I measure the size of my trampoline?
If you have a round trampoline you measure the diameter of the frame in terms of the distance from one side of the trampoline to the other from the outer frame, not from the size of the trampoline mat.
If you have a rectangular trampoline you count the amount of springs along the length and breadth of the trampoline. It is also good idea to measure the jumping mat as well.
Can I get someone to install my Action product?
Action do not provide a national installation service. Numerous independent companies are normally available to provide this service for local regions, who can be located online or through service providers. Your local retailer may also provide an installation service or have someone in the area that does installations for them.
